They are purpose built for our customers with profound and multiple learning disabilities, as well as serious physical impairments such as spinal injuries, muscular dystrophy, multiple or sclerosis.
Changing Places toilets are different to standard disabled toilets, with extra features and more space to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Importantly, these extra facilities allow individuals with additional needs to use the toilets more comfortably.
If you need a radar key to access the disabled toilet but don’t have one to hand, please ask a member of our friendly staff team who will be happy to provide you with one.
Kennet Shopping is situated on one level, with the exception of the Vue Cinema. We have a wheelchair-friendly lift for easy access to the cinema, which is located around the corner from the escalator to the cinema, in the leisure mall.
